Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead the mixture to form a firm and smooth dough. The amount of water required may vary, so add it slowly until the dough comes together. Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes.

- 1cup Multigrain ata
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1 cup variety of vegetables.
