Multi-Millet Crispy Khakra

  •  1cup MultiMillet ata
  • 1cup Multigrain ata
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 1 cup variety of vegetables.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle. You can use a rolling pin and a little dry flour to prevent sticking.
  • Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place a rolled khakra on the hot tawa and let it cook for a few seconds until you see small bubbles forming on the surface.
  • Flip the khakra and cook the other side for a few seconds as well. Then, apply a little oil on the surface of the khakra and press gently with a spatula to make it crisp.
  • Flip again and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy. Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.
  • Once cooked, transfer the crispy khakras to a plate and let them cool completely. Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
  • Once cooled, you can store the MultiMillet crispy khakras in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Serve the khakras as a snack or with your favorite chutney, yogurt, or pickle.
